I have the right to decline any commission for any reason.

Commissions are not first come first serve. I pick projects that I feel I can provide the best quality work on.

You hold the rights to your model and design. I retain intellectual property rights to all my works (NFT and Ai prohibited).

NFT and Ai usage (training/generating) is prohibited. I DO NOT support NFTs and Ai art promotion.

Ai generated reference sheets are prohibited.

You are free to use VTS's filters if I am the artist and/or rigger HOWEVER If there are more parties involved please ask their permission before using such filters.

Personal uses is granted by default.

Vtuber commissions are all listed at commercial pricing and have a Digital Commercial Use License.

Merchandise is discussed individually and is case by case. Please let me know so we may discuss this!

Art must be credited in Website bio, Twitter bio and/or Stream bio while the model is in active use.

Invoices will be sent once work is ready to begin.

Commission orders will not begin until the proper payments have been made.

Reselling/second-hand distribution of projects is prohibited unless discussed.

Commissions will be sent as a digital good. No physical goods will be shipped.

You must be 18 or older to commission me.

By commissioning me you are agreeing to my ToS.

Violation of ToS will result in a blacklist.

Payment through socials will be accepted through Stripe Invoices and be sent in USD. Paypal Business Invoices are avalible to those who do not have access to Stripe in their country.

Commissions accepted through VGen will have their payments go through the VGen Site Processor. Additionally, commissions accepted through VGen will have higher prices to account for processing fees

Do not send prior payment. An invoice will be sent to you after payment discussion.

Payments begin once work begins. I mainly accept upfront but for larger projects 50/50 and 30/30/30 may be available.

Tips are accepted through Ko-Fi or VGen depending on commission location.

I do not issue refunds for finished or canceled work.

I do not issue cancelation refunds for work that has begun.

If I cannot finish a commission at all or in time, I will issue a partial refund based on the commission.

While commissions are open, a google form/Vgen form will be available to confirm ToS, commission type, and slot positions. When/if your commission is accepted, you will receive a message from me and we will discuss your commission in-depth. Communication will be done either through EMAIL or VGEN MESSENGER ONLY (Google Form = Email Communication, Vgen Form = Vgen Messenger).

Payment must be made before any work begins. An invoice will be sent with a week's pay period after approval. If not paid, the commission will be canceled.

Design: The Design process is loose and I will help com up with mood boards and sketch mock ups. You are free to send me reference images as well (I highly encourage a mix of art and real life photos)

Art: Up to 5 major revisions can be made during the sketch phase. After this only minor edits may be made.

Rig: Minor revisions can be made during the rigging process. Major revisions and additions may result in an additional fee.

Specified deadlines must be requested in your initial inquiry before payment. When accepted, you will receive a priority fee based on the commission.

Priority / Rush Fees are heavily dependent on the order. Generally, these fees will be 20% - 30% of the final order price.

Non-Disclosure Agreement can be made to privatize progression of work progress for an additional 10% of the final order price.

If you purchased an individual package, you can only upgrade to a full package before or partway through the commission process. Once I have sent the final project, package upgrades are no longer available and future commissions will be charged at the separated package prices. Only upgrades are allowed.

For Upgraded Commissions Only: To avoid invoice confusion, the initial commission will be honored and a separate invoice will be sent for the additional upgrade charge.

Note that completion times will change and vary for package switches.

Commission time ranges from 1 to 4 months. This is dependent on my availability, holiday, and project complexity.

Failure to communicate during the discussion phase prior to payment for 7 consecutive days will result in a commission cancelation. An alert will be sent after 3 days of no communication.

Commission status can be viewed through Trello but feel free to ask for updates. Communication after payment will be case by case.

Final/Finished products will be delivered through Google drive share link.

PSDs and Vtuber Model Motion files are included. The Raw Live2d CMO3 file is not included.

All Model Art will be a properly cut, labeled, and Rig Ready .PSD File

Model .PSDs will include a Model Showcase Art that will be posted on social media and my website gallery

Reference Sheet will be needed for Vtuber model art but if there is not reference sheet, a design can be sketched or made for an additional upcharge.

By adopting from me you are agreeing to my ToS.

Violation of ToS will result in a blacklist and losing rights to the adopt sold. I may put the adopt up for sale again.

Recolors and detail changes/additions are allowed but may result in an additional fee.

Reselling is allowed but must match the price the adopt was bought at or lower. If there are additional works being sold with the adopt (i.e. other art works, emotes, etc.), the price is allowed to be higher.

Vtuber adopts follow my general Vtuber TOS.

All payments are FINAL there will be no refunds

Payment processing will be handled through Ko-Fi / Stripe (Vgen in the future).

Payment plans are available 50/50 but nothing will be delivered until full payment is made.

Nothing is delivered until full payment is made first.

Adopts will be specified if commercial rights are included or not.

Personal adopts may be be upgraded to be used commercially at an additional cost and must be discussed and will result in an additional fee.

Vtuber Adopts will automatically include Digital Commercial Rights.

Digital Commercial Rights: any social media usage, streaming and video usage( i.e. Youtube, Twitch, Twitter / X, Bluesky, etc.) The usually Vtuber stuff in my Vtuber TOS.

Merchandising Rights: You are free to use your design to commission physical merch. Using my artwork directly must be discussed with me separately as it is not included.

Preclaim Vtuber Models will require a down payment that will count as a part as the initial adopt price (usually 50 USD). The rest of the payment will not be due until the Vtuber is done at the very latest.

You may cancel and return the design to my ownership if you decide you no longer want the model before the model is complete. The down payment will not be refunded and I may put the adopt back up for sale.

You are free to add toggles and other addons to the vtuber model in addition to what is being provided but this will require an additional upcharge. Pricing can be found on my website and calculator.

My Preclaim adopts will receive the Design and Model Art .PSD ready to rig when completed. I will occasionally add base rigging discounts if you decide you would like me to rig the model as well!
